Expert Endodontic Treatment in Philadelphia, PA

At the office of Dr. Barry Rhome, we’re passionate about helping our patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles in a warm, welcoming office environment. While the endodontic treatments we offer are an important part of that, we also recognize that a dedicated team of motivated, personable, and kind-hearted people is vitally important to our overall patient experience. That’s why we’ve worked hard to create a team that is committed to our patients. We know that our office is nothing without its people—and we’re extremely proud of every member of our team. Delores Paulk, Office Manager

Delores Paulk is our wonderful Office Manager who has been with Dr. Rhome for  22 years. Known for her kind and reassuring voice, her favorite part of working with patients is being their first point of contact over the phone and then meeting them face to face. 

Delores was born in Kentucky, and she grew up in Missouri and later Pennsylvania. Today, she’s a resident of Germantown in Philadelphia. When she’s not in the office, Delores enjoys reading mystery novels. Speaking of books, Delores is an accomplished author. In 2016, she published “The Paulk Perspective on Race Relations: A Whole New World of Hope and Understanding” based on her time living in North Philadelphia and her 40-year interracial marriage. Delores is the mother of two adult children and is an animal lover. She has two cats, and her interest in animal welfare helps the community through her participation in the trap, neuter, and release program for stray cats. 

Delores is a long-time Church choir member and soloist—another one of her many talents. Delores is simply a joy to be around, and we hope you get the opportunity to meet her in person. Kathy, Dental Assistant

Kathy has been working with Dr. Rhome for over two years. In addition to her excellent assisting skills, Kathy is the proud mom of a graduating high school senior, who is looking to attend college in the fall. Outside of the office, Kathy is quite a talented artist, and like Delores and Lisa, she is an animal lover too—she adores her cat named Frankie. Originally from California, Kathy now resides in the Philadelphia area, and we are both fortunate and happy to have her on our team.
